Can we switch caregivers if we are not satisfied?Yes. We want the client to be a 100% satisfied with their caregivers. If for some reason this isn't the case, we are able to switch the caregiver.

What are the payment options?We accept payments trough direct deposit and check.

What are the minimum hours of care?We are flexible. We look at every client's needs and determine what the best option for that client is.

How soon can you provide a caregiver?We can provide a caregiver within 24-48 hours.
